BACKGROUND
We have produced interiors for over 40 years with a client-focused approach based on the three Motives of Design, Function and Value.
Every Motive Interior client is provided with a unique bespoke interior design solution. From initial concept meeting to design drawings, manufacturing and installation. This can include planning and building regulations if appropriate to the project.
Motive Interiors provides both an architectural and interior service allowing a complete professional overview and client guidance for any project from concept to completion.
RESIDENTIAL
We design and make anything from home offices, bedrooms and living rooms, to kitchens, conservatories, home gyms and garden rooms. Whatever the project we still maintain our 3 main guidelines of Design, Function and Value.
HOME EXTENSIONS
From initial concept, to design drawings including planning applications and building regulations to final construction fit-out and installation, Motive Interiors offers not only interior but also architectural expertise providing a fully rounded professional-client guidance service.
COMMERCIAL
Clients range from holiday companies such as SAGA in Folkestone, national retail outlets such as L’occitane, Harrods or small independent shops, cafes, restaurants and estate agents. In addition clients such as Port Lympne and Howletts Zoo as part of the Aspinall Conservation Foundation.
